Have you ever experienced that feeling about something in your life where there is an overwhelming YES! felt throughout your body? It’s as if a spark ignites and there is no going back. That’s the way I felt when I first connected with Cynthia Kersey and her Unstoppable Foundation.

I’ve had a vision for a very long time that every child on this planet would feel loved and valued. So you can only imagine how excited I was when I first met Cynthia. As she shared her mission of building schools in Africa, I knew that this was something I was being called to do with our Enlightened Mom global community. I truly believe that we mommas can make a huge difference on this planet by taking a stand for healing. And what better way to do that than to help build a school and adopt a village!

I am so on fire with this mission! Every time I think about the possibilities for our adopted village of Osentio, Kenya, and how we can make a difference for the 300 kids there, I cry. As a mom, I know what it feels like to want the best for your kids. And I know how it feels when my children hurt and struggle. I cannot imagine, however, what it must be like to live in area where my children are forgotten.

That’s what it’s like in this poverty-ridden region of Africa. These children, and their families, are all but forgotten. But not anymore. Not with your help!
