These motivated young women are also taking part in our Unstoppable Leadership Academy—a powerful 2-year certificate program where they learn to develop the leadership skills necessary to empower them to achieve their fullest potential as leaders in their families, communities and the world at large.
In their first year, students take several innovative courses, including Thinking Into Results, a 12-week program developed by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher that teaches students how to believe in and act upon the power of their own minds to create success and fulfillment in their lives.

Through the course, students work through the process for creating new, desired results and includes activities they can apply both in and outside the classroom. The foundation of the course is the idea that we are all born with infinite potential and that we can learn to unlock that potential to live a fulfilling life.
Through participation in the course, students will:
- Refine their personal and professional goals
- Strengthen inner resources for achieving goals
- Develop confidence in their ability to realize their goals
- Move closer to achieving identified goals
The first year curriculum also includes Foundations for Success (based on the work of Jerry Jampolsky), Motivating the Masses (based on the work of Lisa Nichols), Success Principles (based on the work of Jack Canfield), and Unstoppable Challenge (based on the work of Cynthia Kersey).
