ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, downloads, and software – is the property of Unstoppable Foundation or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

DONATIONS AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING
Unstoppable Foundation does not process donations directly through this Website.
Online donations are processed securely through our third-party donation processing partner, GoFundMe. When making a donation, you are subject to GoFundMe’s terms, privacy policy, and security practices.
We do not store credit card information on our servers.
USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit testimonials, photographs, or other content, you grant Unstoppable Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use such content in connection with our mission and communications.
